SIGAP ("We", "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. As an offline AI-based first aid application, our core principle is to keep your data on your own device.
This app requires camera permission to allow you to take photos of medical emergency situations. These photos are used by AI (Gemma 4) to provide more accurate first aid guidance based on the visual conditions detected.
All processing of images, text, and voice is performed on-device (offline). We do not upload, store, or transmit your photos or medical data to any server.
The app accesses your location data only if you use the "Emergency Location Sharing" feature to assist in coordination with medical authorities or family. This data is only sent through channels you choose (such as WhatsApp) and is not stored by the App.
All information you enter into the application remains stored locally in your device's memory. We recommend that you maintain the security of your own device to protect that data.
Since all processing is done locally on your device, we do not store your personal data on our servers. Data related to app usage (such as emergency history or analysis logs) is only stored in your device's local memory (internal storage) as long as the app is installed.
How to Delete Data: Since we do not have remote access to your data, you have full control over it. You can delete all your data independently on your device at any time in two ways:
1. Clear the app's data/cache from your device settings (Settings > Apps > SIGAP > Storage > Clear Data).
2. Uninstall the SIGAP application from your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be notified by updating the date at the top of this document.
